Jeep is unveiling its new 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Altitude edition, riding on the popularity of the Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: MW3 and Arctic models and in response to Wrangler fans’ clamor for more limited-edition vehicles. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude is the latest Altitude model in the Jeep lineup, succeeding other Jeep models like the Grand Cherokee, Compass and Patriot Altitude.
The 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude edition features a body-color hardtop that comes with matching painted center portions on its front and rear bumpers. The vehicle rides on distinct 18-inch, five-spoke alloy wheels having black-painted spokes and polished wheel rings.
The 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude edition’s exterior looks are further accentuated by a Mopar black fuel fill door, a matte black “Jeep” grille badge and a black tone-on-tone hood graphic.
The vehicle’s interior, meanwhile, boasts of a black-and-red theme. The 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude edition showcases an interior that has red accent stitching adorning its black leather seats, center arm rest, floor mats, door panels and steering wheel.
Finished in all black are the vehicle’s steering-wheel spokes, vent rings, door pulls and passenger-side dashboard grab handle and berber floor mats. Buyers could choose between four color choices for their own Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude: Deep Cherry Red, Black, Bright White and Bright Silver Metallic. Interested buyers could get one for a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $33,740.
