A complimentary scheduled maintenance program has been introduced by Kia Motors America for the all-new 2014 Cadenza premium sedan. The first five factory-scheduled service appointments are covered by this program. These are applied for 36 months or 37,500 miles. With this program, Kia is increasing its value to new sophistication levels and attempts to differentiate the Cadenza from the rivals.
John Crowe, Kia’s vice president of service and after sale operations, said that the Cadenza is competing in a segment wherein customers expect more. He said that with the complimentary scheduled maintenance program for the Cadenza, customers’ expectations are met. The Cadenza stands out from other models and demonstrates Kia’s plans to launch a convincing contender into the growing space between mainstream and luxury.
The Cadenza is priced from only $35,000 MSRP (excluding destination costs of $800), offering incredible value. Kia’s first full-size sedan already packs a lot of power, technology and refinement but is even more impressive with the complimentary scheduled maintenance program.
Complimentary scheduled maintenance is offered to customers who either buy or lease a new 2014 Cadenza and bring their vehicles to the participating Kia retailers to complete the maintenance work. Kia is offering the complimentary scheduled maintenance program, which doesn’t include wear and tear items like tires and brakes, on top of its 10 year/100,000 mile new-car warranty and Roadside Assistance.
