According to the latest media reports, it appears that Lamborghini is set to launch anniversary model in 2013, when the company will celebrate its 50th anniversary.

Of course, this model is expected by all the Lamborghini fans as the Italian manufacturer released several models when it celebrated its most important days: its 25th anniversary brought a special edition Countach (launched in 1988), while the 30th anniversary brought the Diablo SE30 launched in 1993.

At its 40th anniversary, the manufacturer released the Murcielago 40th Anniversary commemorative model.

This model was available in exclusive Verde Artemis (jade green) colour, with a three layer pearl effect paint but also with several modifications brought on the exterior but also at the interior. Regarding the exterior modifications, the upper door moulds as well as the voletto or pillar surrounding the rear window are featuring optic carbon fibre coating.

The grey anthracite coloured wheel rims, the grey calipers and newly designed exhaust system complete the design of the car. As expected, the 40th Anniversary Logo is found on the vehicle inside the rear window.

Inside, the car features Grigio Syrius (dark grey) perforated leather as well as special floor mats featuring the 40th anniversary logo and an Alpine radio with incorporated CD player.
