LAS Motorsport announces new sports car for 2015

Sebastian Loeb Racing joined their force with Sora Racing and created the LAS|Motorsport and a new race car that will compete in the upcoming racing season. The new racing car will be available in two versions: a LMP3 version that will use a 420 hp Nissan engine and a LMP “Challenge” version which uses a 500 hp engine.

According to the press release, the LMP3 version will be eligible for European Le Mans Series (ELMS) and the Asian Le Mans Series (AsLMS).

Meanwhile, the “Challenge” sportscar will be offered for track day enthusiasts who would like to have a taste of Le Mans Prototypes competition. This version will be eligible in various racing series such as VdeV Endurance Series, Open Sports Car Series or the DMSB Sports car Challenge.
