Mercedes-Benz Vision Gran Turismo Concept teased for the first time

Article by Christian Andrei, on November 15, 2013

Mercedes-Benz unveiled on its Google+ page a teaser of the Vision Gran Turismo, a concept car that will be featured in the Gran Turismo 6. Back in August, BMW revealed its Vision Gran Turismo Concept and the German manufacturer will not be the only one who will feature its concept cars in the popular game as Alfa Romeo, Alpine, Audi, Aston Martin, Bertone, General Motors, Italdesign Giugiaro, Honda, Jordan Brand, Nike, Nissan, Peugeot, SRT and Volkswagen.

Earlier today, Mercedes-Benz unveiled another new model, the SLS AMG GT Final Edition and promised that it will bring it at both the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show and the Tokyo Motor Show.

“Video games are perfectly suited to precisely addressing young, modern target groups on an emotional level. Gran Turismo 6, with its uncontested reputation as setting the benchmark in the racing-games genre, provides the perfect platform for creating an interactive experience with a new, visionary concept for a Mercedes-Benz’s super sports car. We are certain that the concept vehicle will inspire millions of gamers and Gran Turismo fans worldwide.” said Lüder Fromm, Head of Global Marketing Communications, Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars.
