Official: 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class by Lorinser

Lorinser is in the process of preparing a couple of new E-Class models to have to burn rubber on their initial introduction and also to bring delight to users. At last the lately-tuned type W212 E-Class Limousine has been completed and, for the first time in 13 years, Mercedes will come up with a Coupe together with the series variant as stylish running companion.

The Lorinser Limousine together with the Coupe prototype expose their entirely audacious faces, particularly their black painted grill. This appearance is further emphasized by dark headlight caps on the 4-door model and a black-painted hood and roof on the prototype. Beefy air spoilers at the front that are elongate more towards the front also serve to attract attention from onlookers.

The mid-section of the bumper comes with a color-contrast, the characteristic Lorinser gills located in the fenders together with huge side sills complete the powerful appearance of the car.

Furthermore, the obviously purist design of the essential bodywork is provided an interesting visual focus, together with a more rigid rear section, with the Lorinser rear apron integrated with the air diffuser. The roof also comes with an active air spoiler and four powerfully sounding exhaust pipes at the rear for massive exhaust acoustics.

The power of the machine can be distinctly felt inside the cabin. As a result, the present top gasoline version that comes with the 500-series powertrain generates 320kW (435hp) compared to the 285kW (388hp) of the series-standard. Torque has also improved from 530 to 570Nm and maximum speed is reached at 280km/h -- a result of precision tuning.

Because of this Lorinser employs special camshafts, enhanced exhaust system and a modified control unit. With the Lorinser Diesel Modules, these powerplants can also run at full speed. Cornering solutions for both the Limousines and Coupes come from sports chassis with a nice-looking lowered suspension. Both cars come with aluminum alloy wheels such as the double-slit spokes Lorinser RS 9 wheels.
