Peugeot announced that it will unveil a new concept car as a world first at the 2014 Beijing International Automobile Exhibition. According to Peugeot, the new concept car is from the same lineage as the Onyx Concept and it is a tease of the company’s future design. With a length of 4.73 m and a height of 1.31m, the concept car promises to offer an athletic and refined styling for four passengers as well as luggage.

Moreover, the vehicle features original materials that were first used on the Onyx Concept. “As part of the opening evening for the International Automobile Festival, Tribute to Sensations in Paris, an original and ephemeral installation will reveal the shapes of this concept.

Then from 29 January to 2 February, at the foot of the Dôme des Invalides, the public will be able to re-discover the PEUGEOT Onyx, 308 R Concept, the 208 T16 Pikes Peak as well as a 908 HDi with particulate filter.” said the press release. [source: Peugeot]
