Subaru of America, Inc. has launched its advertising campaign for the all-new 2015 Subaru Outback, focusing on the vehicle’s ability to “go anywhere” as well as the fervor of Subaru owners to go and seek out new places. The campaign features two TV spots by Lance Acord -- “Bison” and “Memory Lane.”
These spots underscore the Outback’s reliability, versatility, longevity, and safety within the brand’s much broader campaign “Love.” These attributes are well provided for by the Outback’s all-wheel drive feature as well as class-leading ground clearance.
The “Bison” spot features a father finding himself competing for his young son’s attention against mobile devices and information on- demand. The father takes his son for a tour of America’s natural wonders in his Subaru Outback.
Throughout the journey, the father was not able to get the young kid’s attention until they encounter a real Bison. The “Memory Lane” features three generations of a family going on a trip in their Outback to visit their roots. It shows hippie grandmother teaching her granddaughter the ways of the world -- some real quality time for them.
