Suzuki GB PLC is extending its VAT-free new car campaign as well as other affordability offers until September 30, 2012, after posting a 20-percent increase in sales for the first six months of 2012. According to the company, its VAT-free campaign now includes all vehicle ranges of Alto, Splash and Swift (excluding Sport).

A consumer availing of the VAT-free campaign could acquire an Alto SZ at a very affordable price of just £5,995, together with very low costs of ownership including zero VED. Suzuki Financial Services, meanwhile, is also extending its very popular PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) affordability offers until September 30, 2012.

The offers are targeted towards buyers in the 18-35 category as well as towards people who are seeking a low-deposit and low-monthly payment option. A person availing of PCP affordability offer could acquire an Alto SZ for just a down payment of £795 and 42 monthly payments of £99. At the end of the agreement, the customer could opt to pay a final balloon payment of £2,314 to officially own the car.

For the modified Splash mini-MPV powered SZ2 1.0-litre at £7,777 on PCP, the down payment is £812 with 42 monthly payments of £139, with an optional final payment of £2,725. For a Swift SZ2 three-door at £8,888 on PCP, the deposit is £159 with 42 monthly payments of £159, with an optional final payment of £3,535.

A consumer could also avail of the latest Special Edition Swift Attitude and Swift Sport through the low-rate PCP offers, with the latter requiring only a down payment of £1,335. Suzuki is also extending its zero-percent APR three-year Hire Purchase finance offers for the SX4 and Grand Vitara models until September 30, 2012, both requiring only a 50 percent deposit.
