Avis Rent a Car will offer new MG6 models

Avis Rent a Car will soon offer 100 MG6 GT fastbacks and MG6 Magnette sports saloons for rent. MG Motor UK had delivered these new MG6 models to Avis, one of the top car rental companies in the UK. Avis will put these cars in its national car hire fleet. Who benefits from this transaction are the customers who would hire the MGs and drive it as they attend business trips and go on holidays as well as other trips.
A 1.8-litre turbocharged engine powers both the MG6 Magnette sports saloons and the MG6 GT fastback. Five adults can be accommodated in these cars, which feature the famous MG driving dynamics. MG Motor’s plant at MG Birmingham designs, engineers, and assembles these cars. According to Anthony Ainsworth, Commercial Director of Avis Rent a Car, the company is “pleased” with the return of the MG marque.
The MG6 provides the best chassis dynamics in its class, high levels of standard specs, and a spacious boot. Car buyers should know that the MG6 has the lowest insurance group ratings in its class. The S and SE models both have a rating of 13E while the range-topping TSE is 14E. According to Guy Jones, MG Motor UK’s Sales and Marketing Director, the company is “delighted” that Avis has the MG6 as a member of its fleet. On the road, the MG6 range is priced from £15,495.
