The traditional parade of all contenders of the “Hublot Polo Cup” will take place on August 19 at Gstaad in Switzerland. This is the 16th year that Swiss watchmaker Hublot is hosting this event, one of the major events in the international polo calendar. Bentley Motors and Bentley Geneva along with partner Hublot are supporting this foremost equestrian event once again. In competition for the Cup are three teams taken from the best players in Europe and South America.
Bentley will be displaying its new 567bhp (575 PS) Continental GT in the VIP tent for the enjoyment of the 350 guests of the Gold Cup tournament. This supercar is powered by a high-performance 6-litre, twin turbo-charged engine, and features an elegant and innovative design.
Another vehicle that will be seen in front of the Bentley pavilion in the Polo Village is the limited edition Supersports Convertible ISR, the most powerful and radically styled Bentley drophead ever. It takes inspiration from the company’s world ice speed record of 205.48 mph (330.695 km/h) that was set by Juha Kankkunen, Finland’s four-time world rally champion. Crewe’s flagship, the new hand-crafted 4-door Mulsanne, will be displayed as well.
