Bentley opens showroom in Lyon, its 33rd one in Europe

Bentley has opened its 33rd showroom in Europe and third dealership in France, showcasing the marque’s rapid growth in the high luxury car market. The carmaker expects its latest showroom in Lyon to attract buyers from France’s Rhône-Alpes Region. The Lyon showroom will take care of both sales and after-sales and will be operated by Passion Automobiles Prestige dealership group owned by the SOGESA Group. The new showroom underscores Bentley’s comeback, with sales returning to pre-recession figures. The new showroom also underscores the company’s strategy to broaden its presence in both new and established markets.
Bentley is expanding the showroom this year to provide the company’s signature hospitality and customer service. Once completed, customers could expect impressive showrooms – one for new car sales and another for Bentley Pre-Owned. Currently on display is Bentley’s full model range. Customers could also choose the features, colors and materials for their Bentleys. To be credited for the Lyon showroom is Joël Schmidt, the founder of luxury car distributor SOGESA. The dealer group is known for quality and service in the luxury car segment, thus receiving very high customer satisfaction scores.
