Bmw 1-Series Supersport coming in 2012

2012 Bmw 1-Series M Coupe
We know that the new Bmw 5-Series is going to make its debut in 2011, but what about the new 1-Series and 3-Series? According to Car Magazine, the new 1-Series is going to make its official debut in 2011 while the 3-Series a year later in 2012. Of course, all these plans are currently in trouble due to the financial crisis but the German manufacturer assures us that these vehicle will definetely make their debut in time.
Also, Bmw will built the 115i, an entry-level which reminds us of the 315 and 1502.
The big surprise will be the Supersport model which is going to be revealed in 2012 while the convertible version will come in 2013.
The Supersport model will be positioned between the 135iS and the upcoming M3, being powered by a twin-turbo four-cylinder engine (2.0 or 2.2-liter) capable to develop an impressive 300 hp and about 450 Nm of torque. More details to be revealed!
