Bmw M1 Hybrid Concept making its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show

As you may know already, Bmw resurrected the legendary vehicle in the form of Hommage Concept back in 2008 and it appears that the plans to see this vehicle on the streets will go even further. Yesterday we announced the coming of an EfficientDynamics Vision Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show but today we found out something new. It appears that the concept will be in fact a hybrid and modern version of the M1, assisted by two electric motors (one in the front and one in the back). The engine will be rear-mounted and capable to deliver an impressive fuel-consumption for a sports car.
