Bmw M3 Cabrio by G-Power

G-Power upped the potency of Bmw's 4.0-liter V8, like the one found in the M3 from 414 hp (309 kW), by adding a supercharger raising power yield to a whopping 635 hp (473 kW)! Power like this is what one would expect from the holder of the title of the world's fastest street-legal sedan. The rationale behind the addition of the forced induction was to provide the V8 extra low-end grunt together with an overall performance boost.

Also available from G-Power is the naturally ventilated 550 hp V10 from the M5 which they can install on the M3 with a supercharger that will provide a 730 hp yield. On the other hand, G-Power is not only all about extreme power figures. It also provides less frantic selections including the EVO I kit that boosts power up by 103hp, putting total horses to 517 (386kW). This is achieved via supercharger/intercooler arrangement, with larger fuel injectors, an optimized stainless steel exhaust system and the latest electronics.

With the EVO II, besides the additional 24hp, it's almost the same as the EVO I. For the EVO III, a wholly different supercharger system was added together with a new cold air intake and a racing filter. The improved airflow is assisted by a more efficient air to water converting intercooler and the additional lighter pistons that come with lowered compression ratio of 10.3:1 and more rigid connecting rods to stand the excessive stress. G-Power also offers engine tuning services for enthusiasts who require clear gains in performance without such extensive revisions.

The G1 treatment gains 21 hp (15 kW), the G1 Plus SII tune substitutes the catalysts with high-flow units, brings in a new exhaust and sport air filters for a total gain of 43hp (32kW). Whether the engines are tuned or otherwise all G-Power M3 vehicles can be fitted with the Highline aerodynamic kit.

The package which consists of stylish and aerodynamic active carbon fiber replacement parts for the whole lower section (front and rear fascias, side skirts, rear diffuser, trunk lid and spoiler) should provide superior cooling capabilities and enhanced appearance.

The G-Power performance package is rounded off by a lineup of alloy wheel options, uprated brake systems, lowering springs of up to 25mm and coil-overs option, strut braces and roll braces. On the interior, a selection from a broad range of G-Power branded parts, as well as a carbon fiber interior, pedal set replacements, knobs for the gear shift and hand brake highlights.
