Bmw releases official details of the X1 Concept

First of all, we have to admit that the new Bmw X1 Concept is a real masterpiece and like all the Bmw X vehicles this will offer maximum driving pleasure, versatility and functionality but also comfort and quality. With this concept the German manufacturer is offering an outlook at the world‚ first Sports Activity Vehicle in the premium compact segment. The X1 Concept continues the tradition of the Sports Activity Vehicle segment, a segment created by Bmw in 1999 through the presentation of the first-generation X5.
The design of the car bears out the DNA of the X5 but in other dimensions: the X1 Concept measures 4,457 millimeters or 175.5" in length, 108 millimeters or almost 4.3" shorter than the Bmw X3 while the wheelbase measures 2,760 mm or 104.4".
The Concept X1 comes on 19-inch alloy rims in high-quality innovative ten-spoke design again characteristic of Bmw's X models while the new Meridian Gold Metallic paintwork color accentuates the youthful and dynamic look of the new concept.
