Brabus didn't hold back at all when it decided it wanted to be taken seriously at the Geneva Motor Show. The German tuning firm's display of severely modified vehicles had visitors taking more than a second glance. One of those that got the most attention is the Brabus G V12 S Biturbo Widestar off-roader, which made its world debut at the show. This car is based on the Mercedes G-Klasse and is priced from 394,900 euros. Powering this car is a twin-turbo twelve-cylinder Brabus SV12 S engine with 700 hp / 515 kW at 5,100 rpm and with a peak torque f 1,320 Nm (973 lb-ft) at 2,100 rpm.

Brabus claims that top speed is rated at 365.7 km/h (227.2 mph), but it is limited electronically to 240 km/h (150 mph). The SUV is mated to a special five-speed automatic transmission and permanent four-wheel drive, enabling the car to sprint to 100 km/h (62 mph) in only 4.3 seconds. The car was fitted with wider fenders, Brabus roof spoiler with integrated LED brake light, Brabus door moldings, stainless-steel running boards, LED lights and larger wheels and tires, ranging from 20 to 23 inches.

The most exclusive Brabus G V12 S Biturbo Widestar rides on three-piece 11Jx23 Monoblock E Platinum Edition alloy wheels on front and rear axle. In addition, Pirelli and Yokohama are supplying the tires in size 305/35 R 23. For its interior, Brabus attached a computer system including a wireless LAN network and UMTS Internet connection. This concept can be upgraded to a high-tech multimedia system with a DVD changer, DVBT TV tuner and a game console.
