According to Dintner Alfons, CEO of Audi Brussels, it appears that the new Audi A1 will enter production this October and is more than obvious that we will see it at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show. According to Alfons the new hatchback is going to be a car "made in Brussels"! The plant which will host the production of the A1 will receive a serious facelift and will be closed from August 9th, for five weeks. Alfons also said that the A1 will be lower than the A3 (who could 'imagine' that) and will hit the dealer showrooms in Spring of 2010. Alfons also offered hints that the German manufacturer is considering also an S1 version of the vehicle. More details to be revealed!
