Abt Sportsline presented at the Geneva Motor Show, a reworked version of the Audi A8, nicknamed AS8. The new model show a more aggressive look with new front spoilers, nervous side skirts, a modified rear apron, rear skirt with exhaust covers and new 20-inch (or 21-inch as an option) ABT CR wheels. The AS8 is powered by a 4.2 L TDI engine capable of 380 hp and 880Nm of torque, representing an increase of just 30 hp compared to the standard A8. Photo gallery after the jump!

ABT Sportsline is offering the extreme Audi R8 GT R kit, making the car lighter and more powerful than the series version.

ABT Sportsline, which only works on Volkswagen Group cars, said that this tuning package is inspired from the motorsport world, which it knows much about. Carbonfiber can be seen liberally on the R8 GT R’s bonnet, front and rear aprons, rear wing, external mirrors and door panels. Makrolog is used on the windows, reducing the weight further. As a result of these modifications, the tuned car weighs 100 kgs lighter than the stock model. Continued after the jump!

ABT revealed today its latest tuning program for the brand new Volkswagen Golf GTD, sporty hatchback that comes with 170 hp delivered directly from a 2.0-liter diesel engine. Let’s start first with the design: the car comes with a new front spoiler, front grille, side sills, rear spoiler, rear apron set and the typical ABT 4-pipe rear muffler.

The aerodynamic kit is completed by the sporty AR and BR wheels in 18 and 19 inch, which are available in combination with high-performance tyres. Now let’s see what is under the hood: the German tuning company added an extra 20 hp, which means that the car has a total output of 190 hp (140 kW) and an impressive 390 Nm of torque. With these numbers we have a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.1 seconds and a top speed of 230 km/h. Also, new ABT suspension springs were added in order to lower the centre of gravity and to improve the handling. Photo gallery after the jump!

The new 2010 Vw Polo made its debut back in March at the Geneva Motor Show and continued the same design line inaugurated by the Golf VI. The German tuning house ABT decided to improve the looks of the small hatchback and revealed today at the Frankfurt Motor Show its new tuning program which consists in a new front bumper, new side sills, rear spoiler and a new rear apron with integrated air diffuser and double-pipe central exhaust system. The kit is completed by the titan-coloured type Z 8×18 inch ABT wheels. ABT didn’t stop here, also the engines were improved as it follows: the 1.6 TDI engines develops now from 75 hp to 90 hp and 110 hp, respectively; the 105 hp diesel engine was boosted to 130 hp while the brand new 1.2 TSI engine develops the same 130 hp (standard engine has 105 hp). After Sportec, who upgraded the Audi TT-RS to an impressive 400hp, ABT revealed today its latest tuning kit for the brand new sports car from the German manufacturer. The tuning company decided that 340 hp is not too much power and added an extra 80 hp in order to obtain an impressive 420 hp (309kW), the same power of the Audi R8!

With these numbers the Audi TT-RS can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds while the top speed is limited to 282 km/h… We don’t want to think what a Stage 2 of this kit could do! Photos after the jump!

ABT Sportsline’s upgrade plan for the Audi R8 V10 upgrade program has just been announced. Powering the ABT Audi R8 V10 is the standard 5.2 FSI engine that has been modified to output 600 hp/441 kW which is 75 hp more than standard. This enables the ABT Audi R8 V10 to achieve a top speed of 322 km/h and go from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

The tuner’s DTM division designed the body kit to be lightweight and to offer a good weight distribution over the car. The kit includes a new front grill, front and rear skirts, a rear spoiler and a sidebar. The ABT Audi R8 V10 sits on 20-inch rims and comes with a 4-pipe rear muffler.

ABT Sportsline has released its own aftermarket version of Audi’s S4, the third to do so after Wettstetten and MTM. Abt Sportsline, like the first two tuners, has also deemed the car’s 3.0-liter TFSI engine to be lacking and has in fact, raised the final output to 435 horsepower (320 kW) from 333 hp (245 kW) on the production version.

The car’s other performance upgrades include an increased torque, from 440 Nm to 520 Nm. The car is now able to jump from 0-60 in 4.6 seconds compared to the previous record of 5.1 seconds. The 250 km/h electronic limiter has been lifted, allowing the S4 to now top at 282 km/h (175 mph). The German tuner explained that this is because the engine it supplied does not have a V-max (top speed) limit. Its styling upgrades include a new 4-pipe sports exhaust unit that contribute to the overall aggressive yet sporty appearance of the car, as do the 18- to 20-inch wheels fitted with sports tires. Unveiled today was the ABT Volkswagen Golf VI GTI program, probably the first version of the new model. The car’s performance has been upgraded and styling modifications have been made. The car comes with two power levels. You can take the 2.0 TSI engine to either 260 hp or 300 hp. The standard GTI develops 210 hp.

The first level of power of the ABT Volkswagen Golf VI GTI is achieved through a re-programmed ECU; however, the second one comes with an upgraded turbocharger. The 300 hp version of the ABT Volkswagen Golf VI GTI can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds and comes equipped with a 30 millimeters lower suspension and upgraded brakes. The aerodynamics package of the ABT Volkswagen Golf VI GTI includes a new rear bumper and spoiler attachment, side skirts, a new front grill and apron and a new 4-pipe exhaust system. The interior of the ABT Volkswagen Golf VI GTI features a variety of new accents. The price for the ABT Volkswagen Golf VI GTI has not been announced yet. Photo gallery after the jump!

For those who don’t know, the Audi Q7 V12 TDI carries a one of the most powerful diesel engines capable to deliver 500 hp (1000 Nm of torque) and to push the car to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds while the top speed achieved is 250 km/h.

Now the big surprise: ABT Sportsline, wants to receive the title for the Most Powerful Diesel in The World and decided to boost the Q7 V12 TDI to 560 hp (412 kW) and 1200 Nm of torque. With the extra 60 hp, the SUV hits 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds while the top speed achieved is 258 km/h. Because the vehicle looks pretty good, the tuning company decided to include in the kit only a new set of 22 inch wheels. No words about the price yet!

ABT Sportsline is making available a visual and performance modification for the Audi A3, a car that has seen some major successes and has become the standard for premium quality compact cars. The car commands a better presence after ABT modified its hood, grill, bumpers, fenders and LED light line.

It has a more menacing appearance as demonstrated by the ABT bodywork package underlining potency and sportiness, including its front spoiler insert, side skirts, fender inserts together with the rear apron have all been customized for the ABT AS3 model. At the rear section of the vehicle the ABT exhaust system that comes with four pipe ends blend seamlessly to the sporty design of the car. ABT used its AR or BR Sports alloy wheels in 18 and 19 inch diameter, as an ideal compliment to the visual kit. The car does not simply look fast, but is actually fast. The car is powered by the 1.4 TSI with 160hp (118kW) and not by the standard 125hp (92kW). More details and photos after the jump!
