This vehicle is capable of 540hp and 510 lb-ft and is fully-loaded with the ROUSH body components; resonator exhaust; four-piston front brakes with 14-inch rotors and painted rear calipers with slotted rotors. 2010 ROUSH Stage 3 and 540RH Mustangs revealed

2010 Roush 540H MustangRoush revealed today a pair of new 2010 Mustang model, each with 540 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. of torque. The new 2010 ROUSH Stage 3 Mustang comes with plenty of goodies such as: resonator exhaust; four-piston front brakes with 14-inch rotors and painted rear calipers with slotted rotors; and the new upper billet grille which removes the fog lamps and streamlines the appearance of the new Mustang while improving cooling performance.

Inside we find Roush leather seats with an embroidered Jack Roush signature, performance pedals, illuminated sill plates and a new interior Stage 3 badge with the car’s serial number engraved. The kit is completed by the 18-inch chrome wheels with high-performance Cooper RS3 tires (optionally 20-inch chrome wheels are available) and by the new suspension package which includes front struts, rear shocks, front and rear springs, front and rear stabilizer bars and jounce bumpers. The ROUSH Stage 3 Mustang is $59,945 is priced at $59,945 and will be produced in a limited edition of only 103 vehicles. More details after the jump!

2010 Ford Mustang by Roush recalled due to braking system malfunction

2010 Ford Mustang RoushRoush Performance is recalling 81 2010 Ford Mustangs manufactured between April 9, 2009 and July 15, 2009 that were altered by Roush to include a sport brake kit option, as revealed in the notification published on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website.

Roush discovered that a malfunction in the sport brake kit option could cause the vehicle brakes to fail completely in certain conditions. The glitch concerns Roush 427R Mustang, Roush Stage 1 Mustang and Roush Stage 2 Mustang that have been fitted with the sport brake kit option. Specifically, the glitch refers to the caliper anchor plate mounting bolts that may become loose or dislodged during operation, resulting to a loss of stopping performance and at worst, a vehicle crash.

2010 Roush 427R MustangRoush Performance, the well-known, Ford tuning firm, unveiled the most current manifestation of its long due 427R package for the Mustang. Getting ahead of many other tuning firms, Roush is making available one of the first performance uprates for the latest 2010 Ford Mustang with three different tuning stages.

Although Roush is keeping a tight lid on most of the details, it offered that its top-of-the-line 427R Mustang will be the first to come with the new ROUSHcharger superchager which increases the power yield of the Mustang’s 4.6-liter V8 unit to 435hp (325kW) and 400lb-ft (542Nm) of torque. This is also the first time that Roush offers a supercharged car at the opening of a new body style. In contrast to previous versions, customers will find many changes in the 2010 427R Mustang. Roush teases us with their latest 2010 Ford Mustang

2010 Ford Mustang Although ROUSH Performance have consistently led the high-performance parts business this is their first time to have reached a really advanced state of developing packages for a new car model. ROUSH will be offering a variety of 35 parts for the latest 2010 Ford Mustang beginning early next month and at about the same time the vehicle will be seeing deliveries in Ford dealerships.

ROUSH expresses pride in the speed at which their design teams have come up with the parts that not only make the Ford Mustang look better but also perform better. The ROUSHcharger, with the well-known 445hp, 400lb-ft of torque, will be offered around middle of March. Installation of this supercharger, as before, will not affect the any factory warranty that goes with the car. A non-calibrated R2300 ROUSHcharger will also be available to satisfy the longings of a power hungry enthusiast. For those who want to improve the outside appearance of the car body kits and other paint-finished products will begin selling in the middle-of April. One of the distinctive mark of the company is the ROUSH high performance parts program. In spite of the economic turmoil sales of the ROUSH parts continue to grow and hit record highs last year. The early offering of the 2010 Mustang parts is expected to offer another bump to the program in the current year.

Roush Performance reveals 2010 Propane Injected F-250

2010ROUSH Performance has unveiled just recently the 2010 ROUSH Liquid Propane Injected Ford F-250 at the 2009 International Builder’s Show which received instantaneous and significant interest among those present, but especially those who were expecting a medium-duty truck that could offer both economy and eco-friendliness.

The Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) forwarded data that shows propane as the current most widely-used alternative fuel with in excess of 10 million vehicles using it worldwide. Propane-powered vehicle offer a 5-30% reduction in fuel costs compared to gas-powered cars and also lower emission of nitrous oxide by as much as 20%, carbon monoxide by 60% and also much fewer particulate emissions. ROUSH began with the propane-powered F-150 of which they sold several hundred vehicles and conversion packages. However, customers were asking about the availability of medium-sized trucks which caused ROUSH to seek assistance from PERC, which was already a strong supporter in the development of propane-powered vehicles, and the result is the F-250. Roush Performance unveils the 2009 P-51B Mustang

2009 Roush P-51B MustangRoush Performance carries on their reverence of the celebrated World War II fighter plane with the model year 2009 P-51B Mustang, the second aviation-themed vehicle from the Michigan-based carmaker. This vehicle, founded on the 2009 Ford Mustang chassis, will be restricted to just 51 numbered production vehicles in the 2009 series.

Like the previous 2008 Roush P-51A Mustang, unveiled at the 2007 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the 2009 P-51B will likewise have 510 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. (690 Nm) of torque matching it as the most powerful Roush Mustang ever built. To generate this of raw power from the Ford 4.6-liter, 3-valve engine, Roush engineers swapped many of the internal mechanisms with sturdier parts including forged aluminum pistons with an amplified dish to decrease the compression ratio from 9.8 to 8.6, forged steel H-Beam connecting rods and a forged steel crankshaft and there is an improved high-capacity fuel delivery system put in place. Roush also improved the clutch and included a customized calibration for the ECM to manage the performance of the next-generation TVS2300 ROUSHcharger. More details after the jump!

Roush/Superformance Special Edition MKIII-RThe Roush/Superformance Special Edition MKIII-R is what you get when you take the most coveted 1965 licensed reproduction Cobra replica and squeeze in an engine made by a company that has far more Ford wins compared to other manufacturers.

The MKIII-R was originally built to represent the fundamentals of what Roush Performance Engines and Superformance LLC have to offer. The initial plan was to build a one off display car, but the high level of interest afforded the project quickly altered everybody’s mind and the vehicle was quickly scheduled for manufacture. The Special Edition car debuted at the Las Vegas Nevada 2007 SEMA show. The MKIII-R demonstrated to the public what it has always wished to witness – the cooperation of two industry leaders to produce the best of both realms, a striking double diamond with the roar of a powerful engine under the hood.
