Caterham RS Levante Limited Edition
The British car manufacturer Caterham had a surprisingly great success with their RS Levante supercar, the most powerful creation of the company. Considering the high price of £115,000 ($199,200 or €147,700) each the company sold all 8 pieces in a very short time. The new car is hand-built by Hertfordshire-based RS Performance in collaboration with Caterham and it is powered by a 2.4-liter supercharged V8 engine capable of no less than 500+hp.
With a weight of just 520 kg the new vehicle is commendable for its capacity to reach a weight ratio of 1000 hp per-tonne, almost double than the Bugatti Veyron which has 529 hp per tone.
The RS Levante can reach 96 km/h (60 mph) in less than 3 sec and has a top speed limited to just 241km/h (150 mph).
