Fans of the Chevrolet Camaro in UK could now order the modern version of one of the most iconic cars of all time. The Coupe has a price tag of £34,995 while the soft-top Convertible model is priced at £39,995. The new Camaro has all the characteristics that had made the original muscle cars very successful. It offers excellent performance, amazing looks, and outstanding value for money. Aside from the standard models, Chevrolet is also offering the 2012 45th anniversary Camaro for a limited period.
This model has a stunning Carbon Flash Black finish with bespoke red and silver anniversary stripes, dark silver 20-inch alloys, distinctive 45th anniversary leather interior with red, white and blue stitching and a one-off white-backed instrument panel. The Coupe costs £36,495 while the Convertible has a £41,495 price tag.
All of these models have a six-speed manual gearbox but customers may opt for a six-speed automatic transmission for £1,500 more. It is powered by a 6.2-litre V8 engine, which delivers 432PS (405PS auto), enabling the vehicle to accelerate from zero to 62mph between 5.2 seconds (manual Coupe) and 5.6 seconds (auto Convertible). All Camaros feature an electronically limited top speed of 155mph.
