The Chevy Camaro is outselling the Ford Mustang! Unbelievable? Let's look at the stats. Well, there was a significant demand for the Camaro, with 10,000 pre-orders before the car even arrived at the dealerships. The Camaro has sold 8,680 total units while the Mustang reports 6,289 units so far. That the Camaro is experiencing a burst in sales comes at no surprise. What's startling is that Mustang dropped 23% over the previous year. Ford did unveil a refreshed 2010 model year that earned excellent reviews by the motoring press. Could it be possible that Mustang fans are holding out for the expected 400+ horsepower 5.0-liter, 32-valve DOHC Coyote engine or turbocharged EcoBoost V6? We doubt it!
