Chevrolet Cruze Bumblebee by Irmscher coming to Frankfurt

We have German tuning firm Irmscher to thank for releasing an official version of the Transformers-inspired Chevrolet Cruze Bumblebee. The car would probably be one of the highlights at the Frankfurt Show where it will make its first public appearance. The original Camaro-based Bumblebee features a yellow-and-black stripes treatment but Chevy's designers opted for a black paint job with bright-orange racing stripes and detailing. The compact sedan's ride height was lowered by 30mm and it was added an orange colored rear diffuser that houses a pair of new exhaust tips. The beefy 18-inch alloy wheels finished in orange and shod in 225mm wide sport tires complete the look. Chevy has no intention of enhancing the Cruze's range with a Bumblebee edition, but Irmscher said that it will offer the package to individual customers.
