Mr. Colin McRae, the World Rally Champ, will be honored in the next series of the popular computer game DiRT. McRae endorsed the original version of the game, but was killed briefly after the game was released due to an accident involving a helicopter crash. Codemasters, the producer of the game, said that they are going to include a Colin McRae Memorial Cup as part of the continuation of the game, in honor of the deceased rally champ. The section of the game labeled Colin McRae Memorial Cup can only be accessed by users who get good results, and a special feature will also be included in the game where rival drivers share their thoughts of McRae. The game, DiRT 2, which will be for the Xbox, PlayStation 3, Wii Nintendo DS and PSp, will be released in September this year.
