The next supercar to come out will originate from Canada and will offer top performance in its segment, according to a report by car magazine, De Macross Motors Corp (DMMC). A company established last year is developing the GT1 together with component developer Multimatic. The car features a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 powerplant that will be mid-mounted. The car comes from Roush Yates Racing Engines, which builds Ford NASCAR units. The unit will be mounted on a chassis that will use carbon fiber and aluminum. As a result, the car will be light but will have a structure that’s very rigid. The car also features a Multimatic Dynamic Suspension that will offers ride height control. The performance details and its pricing have yet to be revealed but the company said that this will be comparable to the Pagani Zonda. The 1:4 scale model is seen here to give a preview of this supercar but a full-scale model is set to be completed in November this year. Testing sessions will then be started for the vehicle.
