Detroit Auto Show: Mercedes-Benz ‘Rising Car’ Sculpture

Mercedes-Benz will reveal a new concept at this year's Detroit Auto Show, in fact a new sculpture would be better to say. Dubbed "Rising Car", the sculpture is actually a preview of the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS, showing very muscular design lines and an impressive front grille just like the one found on the brand new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. According to Mercedes-Benz the new sculpture represents a "vehicle rising gently from a level plane, as if formed from liquid silver, or like a shimmering cloth draped gently over a new form."
