Elektromotive collaborating with car giant General Motors

General Motors and Elektromotive are bent on convincing British parliamentarians about their role in making the electric vehicles a financially viable proposition.
Government incentives would help offset the considerably higher initial cost of such vehicles as well as a means to charge them. General Motors and Elektromotive will attend the annual conferences for Labour and the Conservatives, the two leading political parties, in the next several weeks.
To better demonstrate, Elektromotive will bring its charging station and GM will bring a prototype Vauxhall Ampera (aka Chevrolet Volt) for MPs to try out. Another thing that GM and Elektromotive are asking is that the government invest in building a public charging infrastructure in Britain.
The purpose is for the people to be able to charge their EVs more conveniently.
