Federal prosecutors offer ‘free’ raid into Porsche offices

According to the latest reports, it appears that federal prosecutors offered a free raid into Porsche's offices in order to verify if the manufacturer has violated security laws. "On Thursday morning, officers from Stuttgart prosecutors entered the company's offices with search warrants. The prosecutors suspect a breach of public disclosure requirements and market manipulation. For those who don't know, Porsche had built up a stake of 51 per cent in Vw in order to takeover Europe's biggest carmaker. Of course, Porsche denied any accusation and promises to co-operate with the prosecutors in order to solve the case.
