It has been three years since the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano replaced the 575M Maranello and it is time for a restyling, which is anticipated to be principally centered on the front section of the car, aiming at giving the car an edgier, more current appearance. Larger and more aggressive air intakes are to be expected, together with California-inspired adjustments around the grill. There won't be lots of power boosting require since the 599's basic 611hp (456kW) power yield is already sufficient enough.
The 599 HGTE, which was revealed just of late, offers a foretaste of the new direction Ferrari is most likely to go with regards the styling of the standard 599, with flares and mesh grill-work that is bolder, but nothing extreme or flashy.
Power boosting will be reserved for the likes of the 599XX and any production model that may result from that program. Also showcased at the Geneva Auto Show, the experimental car produces 700hp (522kW) at a remarkable 9,000rpm. More details of the 599 will surely be coming out as the car received more improvements toward its introduction late this year or early next year.
