Ford Focus Zetec S makes it debut in the U.K.

Ford U.K. announced today the introduction of the Zetec S badge into the Focus line for the first time. The new edition is based on the Zetec model but featuring a new kit which includes front and rear spoilers, new side sills, 17 inch alloy wheels while the interior shows us a new set of aluminium pedals, hand brake cover made from the same material and an exclusive "S" badge on the front fender. According to the manufacturer, the Ford Focus Zetec S is available for the three and five-door versions. The engine available for this version are: a 1.6 Ti-VCT 115 hp, the 1.8 125 hp and 2.0 145 hp petrol units and the diesel 1.8 TDCi 115 hp, 2.0 TDCi 136 hp, and 2.0 TDCi 136 hp fitted with the diesel particulate filter (DPF) . The price of the vehicle is with just £750 (€940 or $1,213) above the equivalent Zetec derivate while the additional features cost £1,600 (€2,000 or $2,590). Also 18 inch alloy wheels are available for an extra £500(€627 or $810) while fot the WRC Pack which includes World Rally Championship 'chequered flag' decals and WRC scuff plates you have to pay £200(€250 or $323).
