Ford will launch “a major new vehicle” at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, believed to be the crossover version of the new Fiesta. This new model is expected to be the replacement of the Fusion in Ford’s model range. In the previous spy shots, it became apparent that this vehicle is a mini-MPV crossover built in the mold of the Nissan Note and Renault Modus. Last year, the car was spied to have had its ride height raised and its front and rear tracks getting wider.
According to rumors, the new car is called B-Max. In Geneva, the new model will be displayed beside a plug-in hybrid C-Max Energi and Focus Electric, which were both launched in the Detroit auto show last month. The appearance of Ford’s Vertrek concept in Geneva will also mark its debut in Europe.
On the other hand, it’s the global debut of the new Ranger Wildtrak. Ford promises that the new Ranger Wildtrak, which is scheduled to go on sale in the UK by the end of the year, will be “easier, safer and more fun to drive than ever before.” Other models that will seen in the Geneva show include the new Fiesta WRC car, as well as model variants of the Mondeo, S-Max, Galaxy and Ka.
