Ford will be displaying the new Fusion, along with four customized vehicles built by tuners all throughout the U.S., at the 2012 SEMA Show. A photo of the custom Ford Fusion from Tjin Edition has just been release. It demonstrates the ideal combination of performance and luxury. Its exterior gets a custom DuPont Beige paint job that is enhanced with a 3dCarbon lip kit. Katzkin redoes the interior while Scosche Audio provides the stereo. With regards to performance, the team at Tjin Edition went to Unique Fabrication and Vibrant for a custom turbo kit while Magnaflow gave a sporty style to the Fusion with a side-exit exhaust system. The Tjin Edition Fusion is equipped with custom 21-inch iForged Concave wheels covered with Falken tires, a Baer big brake upgrade as well as suspension from Pedders.
In addition, 3dCarbon will show off its own Fusion at SEMA that gets a European influence. The exterior will receive a 3dCarbon body kit that offers the Fusion an elegant all-new silhouette. It also gets a set of HRE wheels, lending a stylish build. The Fusion from Ice Nine Group is probably the most unusual of the four. It takes inspiration from the V8 Supercars Series, which will finally make its debut in the U.S. in 2013.
This build prioritizes road-race styling and performance. It’s obviously sponsored by Monster Energy Drink due to its green exterior and graphics package. Then there’s the MRT Performance Fusion that builds on the sedan’s sporty style. It has a stunning black-and-blue paint scheme while the matching blue Forgestar wheels provide a hint as to what MRT has prepared. The tuning company gave the Fusion a custom Eco-Flow exhaust while balancing modifications to style, chassis, and powertrain. The product is a fun and stylish street car that’s aimed at making the Fusion the No. 1 choice for sedan buyers.
