Included in the special series of cars that will be sold in Europe in spring 2010 is this Lancia Ypsilon ELLE show car, a pure modern feminine creation of the collaboration between Lancia and ELLE.
The new Ypsilon ELLE is said to represent the active lifestyle and dynamism of the modern woman. The car's bodywork is finished in unique metalluro-effect pink and has chrome-plated details such as the radiator grille, the rear bumper, handles and door moldings. It stands on wheels painted in the same pink as the body, but with a matt coat 16-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the car is finished in special purple leather and Alcantara upholstery, which is further enhanced by contrasting stitching with bright white leather piping. The interior carpentry was done using a technical material that is also bright white and feels like a fabric.
The cool color scheme continues on the easy-chrome interior displays and central console, which features the purple gear stick gaiter to match the seats and the gemstone.
Finally, the interior of the car is made even more exclusive by the bright white Alcantara upholstery on the upper part of the central pillars and the whole roof panel, as well as by the Velour floor mats with leather edges. This Ypsilon car along with others in the special series will be manufactured in limited numbers to major European markets.
The customization of the 2010 Lancia Ypsilon ELLE is more noticeable inside its cabin. Elegantly, the interior features special purple leather and Alcantara upholstery with the word ELLE placed ton-sur-ton on the middle part of the seat.
Moreover, the upholstery is accentuated by contrasting stitching with bright white leather piping. On the other hand, the cabin's carpentry used a bright white technical material that feels like fabric. This color scheme is carried on to the easy-chrome interior displays and central console, which in turn feature a purple gear stick gaiter to match the seats and the gemstone.
Moreover, bright white Alcantara upholstery wraps the upper part of the central pillars and the entire roof panel. The floor, meanwhile, features Velour floor mats with leather edges.
Lancia Ypsilon ELLE concept provides a glimpse of a special series of cars that the Italian carmaker will build in limited edition and that will be sold in the spring of 2010 in the major markets in Europe.
