In order to make it more stable, Vauxhall announced that the Insignia models will get a clever front suspension next year, seen on the OPX/VXR models. HiPerStruts (High Performance Struts) are standard on the all-wheel-drive VXR/OPC models and reduce the understeer but on the Insignia 4x4 BiTurbo diesel model it will be offered as an option. Opel already announced that the HiPerStruts will be available on the front-drive Insignias for 2,930 euros, but according to Autocar, Vauxhall still has to decide which models will receive the upgrade.
