The Gemballa GT AERO 1 modular styling package comes with a lot of appeal mostly due to its subtlety. There’s a group of fans who don’t want their Cayenne conversion to mean a drastic change. The AERO 1 Kit is ‘Made in Germanym’ just like all Gemballa aerodynamic parts, uses light and strong carbonfiber. This modular concept means that the parts can be bought individually. All the AERO 1 parts are direct replacements for the original components and offer a precise fit to the factory mounting points. Gemballa chief Andreas Schwarz said that what this means is that they could be quickly installed and just as easily removed if necessary when the vehicle is sold.
The Cayenne gets more gravitas due to its AERO 1 front bumper/spoiler. It has been noticed that the slightly bigger second-generation car is inferior compared to its predecessor. The new front bumper/spoiler provides a visually lower appearance. It is emphasized by the side skirts and deeper rear bumper, which is a perfect frame to the twin exhaust outlets.
The 22-inch diameter, ultra-light, forged alloy wheels appear to be bigger than they actually are due to its five thin spokes. This also helps in the Cayenne’s proportions to make it look smaller. These 22-inch wheels are lighter than the 20-inch factory wheels. Gemballa aims to boost improve performance with no weight penalty. The AERO 1 conversion is the first in Gemballa’s tuning program for the new Cayenne. It provides access to a much bigger and wider customer base but he also needs a full house body conversion with engine tuning.
