Brabus does the Smart eBike

Article by Christian Andrei, on March 2, 2012

Like all other vehicles made by the Brabus, this smart ebike comes with more style, more power and more exclusiveness. It comes with a dynamic appearance with its frame and fork in matt black and with parts like the quick release skewers, pedals and brake calipers in anodized green, offering a stunning contrast.

The saddle and grips use green leather. A four-piston brake system is fitted on the front wheel. Carbon is used for its matt black four-spoke wheels. The smart Brabus ebike stands out from the others due to its Sport Contact tires, weight-optimized cranks and pedals and the carbon seatpost. The electric motor has 500 watts, offering twice as more power as what the smart ebike is capable of.

Brabus was also able to reduce the ebike’s weight by over 10%. As a result, it comes with an agile performance. This two-wheeler, which features the electric motor with the throttle grip, has a top speed of 45 km/h. Four power levels are available, with the highest level (the fourth) offering the maximum pushing power.
