BMW X1 AC Schnitzer

The AC Schnitzer X1 is the latest custom project to come from the well-known BMW vehicles tuning company. This retrofitted ride will debut at the Geneva Motor Show this March. This version is based on the BMW X1 E84 premium compact SUV and comes with an exclusively optimized aerodynamic body kit that emphasizes its vivid X Series styling language. The addition of a front spoiler, rear skirt extension and a rear roof spoiler has resulted to the improvement in its downforce. It also guaranteed additional ground adhesion. In addition, the AC Schnitzer Bonnet Vents set contributes for increased engine breathe. If the buyers request for it, AC Schnitzer can provide chromed center webs.

The car also has all-new, Type VIII 5-spokes design BiColor alloys in size 19-inch. AC Schnitzer Type IV wheels in silver or in BiColor in 18, 19 or 20-inch, together with the Type VI rim in 18-inch, are also available for the BMW X1 range. When it comes to power, there are enhancements for all powerplants available on the BMW X1 lineup. The BMW X1 xDrive23d outputs 240 horsepower (204 horsepower/150 kW stock values).

Meanwhile, the 2.0 d and 1.8 d powerplants with Common Rail injection and a turbocharger can now develop 210 and 171 horsepower respectively. You can also expect the car to have the AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer for the petrol X1 xDrive 28i. For a touch of elegance, the tuning company put in the chromed "Racing" tailpipe trim that's available on the other models as well. For proper and agile handling, AC Schnitzer put in the AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit and the aluminum strut brace, which secures perfect balance between sporting performance and driving comfort.
