As you may know already, GM is planning for the return of $4-plus gasoline by introducing smaller and compact cars for all of its brands, including GMC. The GMC brand is known for its trucks, but it appears that it will get smaller. Although previous reports said that the Granite Concept has small chances to enter production, it appears that the car, which will be built on a compact-car platform make its debut on the market in 2013.
