GTA Concept making its debut this April

GTA Concept

GTA Motor, the Spanish carmaker, has just completed testing its upcoming GTA Concept which it has set to launch in the latter part of April and also to reveal its definitive name. There will only be 99 of these cars that will be manufactured, and each will be distinct due to its exclusive appearance and high performance numbers. The tests came out successful for the concept car, with a sprint rate of 0-100km/h in less than 3 seconds and a maximum speed of 350km/h. The design of the car was inspired by the company's experience in competition and the car comes with five world patents.

The material used for the chassis is a combination of Kevlar, carbon fibers and titanium.Power under the hood comes from a longitudinally installed V10 that generates 780hp and 920Nm of torque. Power is channeled to the wheels via a 7-speed sequential-manual gearbox, with automatic system with paddle shift in the steering wheel as optional. The suspension is equipped with a double wishbone setup with multi-regulation shocks for ride-hardness adaptation and the likelihood of raising ride height.

The car is glued to the road by the latest Pirelli PZero measuring 255/35 19 inches up front and 355/35 20 inches behind. Stopping power comes from ABS with 380mm diameter carbon ceramic aspirated disc brake system and 6 piston calipers produced by AP racing. The car comes with a panoramic roof top with interior lighting and liquid crystal shading both of which are patented. The project began three years ago under Dominggo Ochoa, GTA team manager, and has come up with distribution deals with applicable dealers worldwide. The GTA concept, introduced last year, has at last come to fruition.
