Hennessey Performance Engineering will make available upgrade packages for the recently revealed 2010 Ford Taurus SHO starting late this year. Power under the hood for the 2010 SHO is Ford’s 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 which can generate 365 hp.

It must be remembered that the EcoBoost powerplants were tuned not for power but for optimum fuel efficiency. Hennessey will change all this by improving the SHO further from basic exhaust kits to full turbocharging and intercooler enhancements. Besides bumping power through a variety of means, Hennessey will also make suspension packs available. More details when the launch of the Taurus SHO draws closer.
