Honda chosen as best car manufacturer in satisfaction survey

The latest census showed that Honda has been chosen as the best car manufacturer in terms of customer service. The census, done by the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), involved 24,000 respondents who voted for companies in various sectors consisting of leisure, retail, utilities and finance. In the car manufacturer category Honda made it to the top with Mercedes-Benz close at its heels in second place and Toyota in third. General overall satisfaction for the car industry came at 75 percent, a decrease of 1 percent from results published by UKSCI in July of last year.
