Honda HSV-10 GT plans to make us forget about the NSX

Honda HS-V RacerThese are the pictures that came out recently for the Honda NSX, which might be gone but is set to live on as the HSV-10 GT in Japan's SuperGT championship. Honda has yet to provide an official release and complete details. So far, only preliminary details on the HSV-10 GT or Velocity Sports Honda have come out. Built to the 2010 GT500 regulations, the new front/mid-engine racer from Honda is capable of producing 500+ hp.. Its 3.4-liter V8 and sending power through the same Ricardo sequential manual gearbox fitted to the 2010 SuperGT cars from Nissan and Toyota. Despite the car using carbonfiber, it will still have the same chassis Honda's been working on (originally as an NSX replacement) for the last two years.
