Honda’s crossover coming late this year

Sightings of a new prototype testing in the US have many talking that Honda is aiming at developing a new crossover to include a broader range of segments in its present lineup suggesting that the markets of North America may be receiving this cross over instead of the Accord Euro 'Tourer' initially planned to be sold there. Honda has established the fact that the latest crossover will be available for sale by the third quarter of this year.
Not much detail was provided by Nissan concerning this though. Nissan's inventory levels are going up with sales not catching up by a widening margin. Nissan is considering the reintroduction of low financing rates and cash incentives to buyers. About the new crossover vehicle, it seems to come with an Accord Euro Tourer body with a front face of an American-spec Accord fitted on.
Although this might suggest an American-spec Tourer, the broader track and higher ride height show that this version will be a bit substantial. It has also been observed to come equipped with AWD. The crossover is said to be produced at Honda's East Liberty factory in Ohio with production expected to begin late this year.
