Hyundai extends and expands its assurance program for 2010

Hyundai Logo

Hyundai's marketing efforts in 2009 were so successful that the company was recognized countless times for it and got numerous awards. Its Hyundai Assurance program was a way to get people to buy a new car despite their fear of losing their jobs. Hyundai promised to take back a car if the customer lost their income. This program managed to keep its sales going while other carmakers felt the brunt of the recession.

This program has been extended to at least the end of 2010. And now Hyundai is offering free roadside assistance. Hyundai has been offering a fully transferable five-year full vehicle warranty and will also offer help to customers who can't make it back to the dealership.

The program offers the type of assistance that AAA gives. This includes lockout aid, flat tire replacement, towing, jump starts and gas delivery. The roadside assistance is free for five years.
