Hyundai revealed today the RB Concept, a new sedan which will make its official debut at the 2010 Moscow International Motor Show (MIMS). The new car follows the same design philosophy as the current Hyundai models and with its hexagonal front grill, headlamps and shaped fog lamps that give luxurious and exquisite looks, it actually previews the production version mode. According to Hyundai, when the new car will make its debut on the Russian market, it will be powered by the modern Gamma engine, 1.6L or 1.4L DOHC in-line four cylinder gasoline engine that features multiport fuel injection with CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing). The Gamma engine will replace the old Alpha engine, delivering more power and torque, as well as best-in-class fuel economy. The 1.6-liter engine will deliver 124ps and 156 Nm while the 1.4 Gamma delivers 107ps and 135 Nm. The engines will be mated to a standard five-speed manual transmission or to an optional four-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle will enter production in January 2011 and will join the lineup later in spring of 2011.
