Izaro Motors GT-E supercar: details and photos released

There will soon be a new electric supercar in the market that will rival the Tesla Roadster but only costs from €60,000.
These are the first images of the from Spanish manufacturer Izaro Motors that follows the arrival of the Spano GTA (Izaro‚ first entry in the supercar segment). The Izaro GT-E will be offered in two power unit variants. The first is a hybrid version that delivers a total power of 416hp and a range of up to 429 miles. The other is a full electric one that delivers no less than 495hp but only has a range of 155 miles.
The vehicle uses a lot of aluminum and magnesium in chassis construction and lightweight materials were also used for the body panels, making this vehicle weigh a relatively low 1,000 kg.
Izaro claims that this electric supercar can sprint from zero to 100km/h in 4 seconds and can reach a top speed of 174 mph/ 280 km/h. In comparison, the Tesla Roadster‚ top speed is only 124 mph / 200 km/h. Customers can choose to customize the car and ask for a trim using their preferred material, whether it‚ carbon, wood, Alcantara, aluminum or leather.
Full details will be announced on August 28 during a press conference set up by Izaro to present the new electric supercar. Many are excited about how this new Spanish electric supercar will compare against the Tesla‚ Roadster, which is only offered in electric mode and has a power unit that can deliver 248 hp and enables the car to run for 244 miles on a single charge.
