The Jeep Patriot Altitude is available for as low as $20,240 (U.S. MSRP) for 4x2 variants. The 4x4 versions come with a starting price of $23,275 (U.S. MSRP). The Patriot Altitude comes in Deep Cherry Red, Mineral Gray, Bright White and Black. The Patriot Altitude rides on 17-inch high-gloss black aluminum wheels surrounded with Firestone BSW all-season touring tires. It features bright polished steel roof rails, a bright chrome lower fascia and rear step pad appliques. This Altitude model is considered as the best-priced SUV in America. In fact, it was recently dubbed an Edmunds.com Lowest True Cost To Own® vehicle. It has also earned recognition by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) as a "Top Safety Pick." The Patriot Altitude comes in three drivetrain configurations such as the Freedom Drive I packages and the Freedom Drive II Off-Road. It is fitted with power windows (driver one-touch) and locks, power heated exterior mirrors and heated seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls and continuously variable automatic transaxle. The model also has a wide array of security and safety features, which include electronic stability control, side-curtain air bags for all rows, Hill-start Assist with manual transmission and electronic roll mitigation.
