Kicherer GL 42 Black Line based on the Mercedes-Benz GL 420 CDI

Kicherer GL 42 Black Line - Mercedes-Benz GLThe Mercedes-Benz GL 420 CDI has received a power upgrade from the Mercedes tuner Kicherer and is now called the Kicherer GL 42 Black Line. Power is derived from the modification of the V8 so that it currently spews out 360hp and torque power of 900 Nm and its electronically limited speed has been raised to 280 km/h to compensate for the boost in power.

The Black Line comes with an electronically adapted suspension with more sportive characteristic curve. The response of the accelerator pedal has been optimized electronically so that it will react more spontaneously to the driver. The optimization is rounded off by a dual-pass sport exhaust. Furthermore, the Black Line also gets an off-road package consisting of running boards, broader fenders, a fresh grill design and a roof-edge mounted spoiler together with many black body trims. The off-road package is completed by 21-inch wheels with broad-based rubber. In the interior, the package comes with sports steering, genuine carbon trim and complete leather upholstery even for the ceiling. Components are sold individually or come together in a complete vehicle. The Black Line comes with a €125,820 sticker price. Photo gallery after the jump!
