Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo Stradale

For the rest of the decade, it’s not likely that Lamborghini will make use of turbocharging. However, chief of Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, isn’t ruling it out in the longer-term. He wouldn’t say that it could never happen but he’s sure that it won’t be for this decade. He believes that it will depend on fuel regulations in the future and he also thinks that development will be “consistent with the DNA of Lamborghini.” A turbocharged engine won’t be used on the next-generation Gallardo but he there that one may be launched two years from now.
